The SSG 08 Acid Fade is a Mil-Spec skin from The Safehouse Collection, crafted by airbrushing transparent paints that fade together over a chrome base coat, producing a smooth iridescent gradient. Souvenir versions are available from the DreamHack 2013 and EMS One 2014 Souvenir Packages. The float ceiling is an extremely tight 0.03, effectively limiting all drops to factory-new condition. This narrow range means the acid fade gradient retains its full chromatic vibrancy on virtually every attainable copy of the skin.
