Carrying Consumer Grade rarity within The Control Collection, the XM1014 | Charter features a tan-colored pattern of crests, scrawls, and text drawn from the Magna Carta applied across the shotgun's body. No StatTrak or Souvenir versions exist for this skin. Its float range of 0.00 to 0.65 excludes Battle-Scarred condition. Factory New copies display the historical text and crest imagery most legibly, while floats in the upper range progressively obscure the fine Magna Carta lettering and decorative scrawls with surface scuffing and wear.
