Drawn from The Ancient Collection, FAMAS | Dark Water is a Mil-Spec rifle painted in an aquatic-stripe pattern using charcoal metallic paints of varied reflectivity over a chrome base coat. The differing reflectivities create subtle tonal shifts across the stripe bands. Souvenir versions are available from multiple major tournament Ancient souvenir packages spanning Stockholm 2021 through Budapest 2025. The float range is unusually narrow, running only from 0.10 to 0.26, placing all obtainable copies within Minimal Wear territory exclusively. That compressed range keeps the aquatic striping and metallic variation largely consistent across all copies.
