Available exclusively as a Souvenir, the SCAR-20 | Storm is a Consumer Grade skin from The Cobblestone Collection, appearing in Cobblestone Souvenir Packages from ESL One Cologne 2014 through Boston 2018. Individual parts of the semi-automatic sniper rifle are spray-painted solid colors forming a stormy color scheme. The float range of 0.06 to 0.80 excludes Factory New condition entirely, meaning all obtainable examples show at least some minor wear. Toward the upper float boundary near 0.80, paint loss on the rifle's panels becomes visually significant.
